We are proud of you.....

2 gentleman ... with awesome personality, strikingly different demeanours but same result.Well,I am talking about M.S. Dhoni.Mahi becomes only the second cricketer after the li'l master to be awarded the coveted award.

Its a real prestige,isn't it??
M.S. Dhoni's escalation to the top is praiseworthy. The journey has started from the end of 2004 when this Ranchi lad was run out for a duck in his debut against Bangladesh.
He came into the limelight soon after is marauding 148 against the arch rivals Pakistan and since then he hasn't looked back.
Getting a berth into the team as a flamboyant cricketer,he has gone on to become one of the shrewdest Indians to lead the team.

With an attire more suited to become a pugilist, this young C.E.O of Indian cricket is a wonderful reader of the game.Miraculously cool under pressure,he has performed almost everytime it has been expected of him.
This award will really install a great deal of confidence in him and we hope India remains a powerhouse in the game that has brought a smile on the face of millions.......

It's London now.......

So. finally Beijing Olympics are over...... China showed is authority not only in how it staged the show. but also in terms of its GOLD tally.......well a half cent was much more than what anyone would have ever imagined....... India's talismatic sportsmen did more than what was expected....... ........... 1 GOLD ......!!!!!!.... 2 BRONZE....... wow.......

Michael Phelps saved U.S from the blushes with 8 GOLDS..... Is he the best olympian ever???? Even the critics may not disagree......

Jamaica showed what a powerhouse it can be when it comes to the track and field events....

Is this the beginning of the end of american domination?????purists would say that....

As for India is concerned, Avinav Bindra made us proud... so did the previously known wrestler and the pugilist........... Saina Nehwal showed glimses of her class but when it mattered, she lost it...

But for poor Sania ......... well i should not comment......

Spare a thought for Rodger Federer....... losing to James Blake!!!!????????!!!!!!!!
Really he is having a nightmare this year..... What was consolating was that he atleast managed to win the gold in the doubles............

China deserves to get a pat on their back for the sensational show its has staged....... India should take a leaf out of China's book........ The Commonwealth games are just 2 years from now....
